Given the sale of Banamex and other businesses within Citi. How will the staff that support them operationally be impacted? Are lay offs in the future? Will Citi offer employees incentives to retire early as many other companies do or will they simply send staff packing with the standard severance. They did provide incentives in South Korea in conjunction with their exit. How will they treat their employees in the Americas.

Most ppl who support Banamex are based in MEX so it will be a net zero
No there won’t be any. Citi can’t afford the severance. So they will just make things hard enough to drive people away.
