I’m not saying Fidelity doesn’t have a lot of issues. Still, we need to be fair and realistic. I've been looking for a better job for months and I can't find the ideal company that everyone is talking about...
A friend and colleague who recently left, got a better pay in another company, but also a lot more work, so now he is already thinking about looking for something else.

yep and if you are a white male or an older person, don't bother. You're not the droid they're looking for.
Does this company match 7% 401k AND also give 10% annually to your retirement? I was told they did and am considering a job there.
