Any thoughts?? Was disappointed when it was alluded to that there would be no hybrid. Upper management isn't looking at the rising costs of gas, utilities etc...

Wow that’s so messed up. GIS recently said 3 days in office and as of yesterday my manager told me that it’s up for debate again because no one is showing to the office and because they know they’re losing talent because of it.
Unless you are in tech lol then we are a 3 day a week in office company.
They said we are an in office company. The same answer we have been getting.
I wasn’t on the call, how was it alluded to? What was said exactly?
