June Pay Increases

Great that those under $100k are being lifted. Unfortunately I’m right over the threshold. Thanks again for the disappointment BoA. 10 years. I need to get out of here.

Typical BAC BS. Looks like the goal is to have everyone outside top management paid the same. Squeeze anyone over $100K to subsidize others health card, don't increase pay for years and offer smaller bonuses/stock. BAC worldview is everyone is ju7st a cog no matter what you really do.

So this sabbatical is paid time off? Just wondering how that will work with my team of 6 techs that has been cut from over 20 since 2008. Workload and weekend work has increased significantly and is already difficult to schedule regular vacation. Now going to get a sabbatical and tell my manager, your problem, see you in 6 weeks and expect work not to be backlogged when I return. Doubt management will allow staff increase to cover. Even if they do can not find qualified people if search is limited to a couple of hub locations due to wfo requirements.

It is happening - more details to come in Sept stated on Flagscape this week.

But.... "in your anniversary year..." - mine came and went 2 years ago and now I'm supposed to hang around for 3 more years...?

They can pat themselves on the back and take credit, but only have to actually give it to the few who are here "in their anniversary year".

What about those who already crossed 25, 30, etc.? We're supposed to hang around for 3-4 more years?

Not me. Too restrictive - too little, too late. Buh-bye!

Bank sabbatical= 4 week vacation away enjoying your life without thinking about this schlitthole...plus year normal vacation

Only possible on 10, 15, 20....year anniversary years if they can allow if they actually have enough staff (doubtfull with everyone leaving)..

They have talked about this for 4 plus years and doubtful it will happen. Probably only available if compensation is less than 100k...this leadership is so out of touch...do better and apply to 2 positions at other banks...don't want to work don't and make them fire you...it will take years...

Partying at the Palace while I’m home serving hamburgers 4 times a week. No hamburger buns just sliced bread with the ends cut off. Because I am the working poor.

CEO BM is out of touch with the real world. This shiltty increase does absolutely nothing with the high cost of living we are experiencing now. I know the CEO went to an ivy league school. I hope he and his cronies can go to a round table and discuss a legitimate COST OF LIVING INCREASE FOR EMPLOYEES. Try and use the same math you use for your 31 million dollar increase you mutherfuhking blockhead .

They are going to sc--w us out of sabbatical, but someone thought it would be a carrot for those who had leaving on their mind...sc--w the bank and certain managers that do their bidding...

At least the 100 to 150 shares w get 1/4 of every year for 4 years has lost over 30% of their value since giving them...

Making 100k but meals over here. Took on more work. Medical doubled. Childcare benefits removed. Would be an UBER driver on the side but can’t afford Gas. Instead I deny myself things and live like a beggar.

Hey guys—let’s not forget that under $100k you get childcare support too!

If minimum wage actually kept in line with inflation and cost of living, it should be $31 an hr. Which is around $63,000 a year.

I’m sorry to explain this to you BM, but $100,000 isn’t a lot of money. This is barely enough to get by, especially in high COL areas.

Corporations, billionaires, lobbyists and those they bribe I.e. our politicians, love to sc--w over the working class and divide them into camps so we’re all fighting amongst each other instead of seeing the big picture. Btw if you’re not a millionaire, you’re working class.

Can you believe that since 1964 they haven’t changed the formula on how to come up with the poverty threshold? They take a family of four, and then estimate what it would cost for them to eat for the year, and then multiply by 3. That’s it! This formula worked back when health costs were reasonable and housing was affordable and people could actually buy homes, but that is not the reality we live in anymore.

Anyway, this news is just ridiculous and to not have a higher cutoff for the increases in ridiculous.

P.S. I make under 100k but it doesn’t stop me from thinking this is utter BS

Take home pay for those making 99,999 is about 6000 more than someone making 100,000 due to the the extra support that lower tier receives. The tiers have not been adjusted in more than a decade.

Agreed. People just over 100,000 pay DOUBLE Afro health insurance and have childcare benefits removed. So someone making 99,999 is making several thousand more than someone making 100.000.

100,000 used to be big money. I can’t afford to drive my car more than once a week and shop at Aldis. No new clothes in years. 100,000 is not big money. It is barely getting by with the cost of living being what it is.

100%! My workload and responsibility is 200% more than those of my direct reports and some of them make the same pay as me! I’m excited for the people this helps but we deserve credit for our work too.
