Round up a few people and make them sing praises for TMTS on how great the collaboration is between site and the technology center (TC).
How would you feel if you are asked to train your replacement and call it TMTS. There is no trust and collaboration at all. TMTS is a sham and just waiting to implode

Well they do have hundreds at BTC who need something to write against with more on the way
Some of my colleagues trained their replacement under TMTS. Just do minimal required while looking for jobs, knowing your time with this company is coming to an end.
