I know I will not be the one who will get a 7% increase. Anyway, I wonder if even that percentage would be worth forfeiting some of the benefits of a hybrid schedule?

Increase will show up AFTER they close the survey so you can’t complain about what little increase you got.
... and good press.
IMO they are just trying to buy good survey results.
It is amazing to me that people thought this was such a blessing. Ulterior motive. They will sneak the survey in before you see anything on your paycheck. I would not do the survey until I actually see an increase. But even then I’m not going to give the bank high marks. They could have done much better by their employees in the past couple of years. But chose not to.
Short answer is No
Long answer is heck no. Real Inflation is much higher than 7% and actually around 20-30%.
BofA can eff off with that cheap bribe.
In the absence of any raise in the past 12 years (I know, I know, I'm stupid - but we need the health insurance), I gave myself a "raise" 5 years ago by working from home to save gas $$. (never signed up for MyWork, just agreed informally with my manager who was powerless to authorize any raise). With inflation, that has now been erased.)
RTO now???
Just to blow 2+hours a day polluting our plant to hang around wasting time with a bunch of sycophants who like to hear themselves talk (and have their own offices - with windows!), on a floor where EVERYONE IS MISERABLE.
Stuff your go**amn surveys and unhealthy cupcakes, pizza and granola bars up where the sun don't shine!
They gotta be kidding!!! Do they EVER get out in to the REAL f*cking world?
No.
Nor will 4 weeks sabbatical in 5 years.
I'm out - buh-bye!
Nope. I left and got a 40% pay increase. They need to go much higher than that!
Nope.
All money received will flow to the oil and gas companies, JPM is predicting $6 National avg by August
How have we come to this? I just shake my head in disbelief
Paid $90 for just a few items at the store today, makes me sick of what’s going to happen later in the year
The joke is on them. My pay is so bad that they couldn't give me a pay cut for working from home without going below their minimum wage
Not any way in he-l. I'd actually take a pay cut to WFH.
