Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Beat them at their own game

Take advantage of the rich incompetent morally bankrupt leaches of Verizon senior management. Play the yes man, woke culture, PC game that they play. It's really sweet vengeance to take advantage of these bottom feeders. Smile and tell management what they want to hear. You are never going to beat these bottom feeders at their game. Take Verizon money and ignore the bu-----t. Use Verizon money to build something good for yourself and family. Hang on and make Verizon pay you to leave. Smile all the way to the bank because Verizon pays employees really well to stand on the side line and agree with all of the incompetent leadership decisions. It really is similar to Putin, surrounded by yes men, he can't get out of his own way. Feeding his Narcissism and ignoring the fact he is ki----g his own countrymen, and destroying his countries infrastructure and economy. You just have to wait around for the sc-m to do themselves in. No where in the news is anyone touting Verizon's great leadership, management, financial, or technical prowess! It's all just a house of cards for the benefit of a few really corrupt and lousy businessmen. Take advantage of Verizon management! Why would you be Ethical in your dealings with or loyal to a management structure that continues to ignore basic business needs like vehicles, tools, training and adequate staffing, while treating employees as a thing to use up, not as a Human Beings. The real kicker to all of this is that they preach volunteerism to the employees so they can hide behind an artificial persona of goodness. Don't empower this type of behavior, take advantage of it and hasten its fall to obscurity. Absolute power corrupts absolutely!

No response to 2mvf+1gQyOlnl just proves this was written by a mole pretending to be a disgruntled rep. Not to mention all the down votes by bots to anyone not in agreement with the mole.

Don't trust the wolf in sheeps clothing. This post is written either by a hire up hiding under the guise of a "fellow disgruntled rep" telling you to get revenge by following the rules and smile while you take it up the... or a really stupid rep whose every other sentence is an oxymoron to the previous one. Don't believe me? Here is proof:

"Use Verizon money to build something good for yourself and family."
"Smile all the way to the bank because Verizon pays employees really well to stand on the side line" - What rep would ever say any of this nowadays? Verizon doesn't pay sh-t anymore.

"Hang on and make Verizon pay you to leave." -verizon is losing employees left and right, they aren't paying anyone to leave because everyone is leaving on their own accord. This person obviously is just trying to trick people into staying by promising layoffs.

Playing yes men is what got us all in the mess we are in... it doesn't work and Verizon will continue to take advantage if we continue to let them. Remember, Verizon can't exist without their employees not the other way around.

The guy that disagrees completely is laboring under the illusion that Management cares if he quits, or speaks up. Management knows what inflation is, and try to get you to work for free now with the no overtime line while giving tons more work to do. Vehicles have been an issue for at least 5 years and constantly brought up. Training is as virtual as work at home is to the no in person management approach. Its just one big joke.

I disagree completely. How is giving them what they want sweet vengeance?!?! This yes men bu-----t mentality is how this company got to this point. This company has been taking advantage of their people and not wanting to give them adequate pay raises to match insane inflation rates. Don't just sit back and let them sc--w you over. Either demand changes or walk out! Enough is enough.
