I remember a time, a couple decades ago, when I was proud to work for GEHC.
Do you remember?
I “worked” the front lines, customer relationships made over decades of fulfilling promises which actually turned into friendships. It’s all gone now, it’s over and it’s never coming back. The yearly lack of vision, not seeing anything beyond the current quarter, and the top-down metrics of the day would be laughable if they were not so destructive.
The MBA “kids” have come and gone as new ones come to fill their place, and the process repeats. Recycled failed processes repeated every few years and are cheered on by the bloated non-productive leeches throughout the company. As nepotism, age, race, and gender are the new hiring qualifications.
Kool-aid drinking middle-management cowards, mixed with a dribble of non-existent HR resources (who shill the company mantra from their knees), combined with a phony woke I&D “fairness” committee too full of fear and falseness to battle real “policy” discrimination has brought this now basement-bottom business to its breaking point.
Forcing out driven, hard-working, legacy employees for millennial “new talent” will be the final ki-l shot.
