In commercial security some folks in Bangalore are still trying to launch our connected offering Maxpro Cloud. Took them 7 years. It is by far the worst offering in the industry. Made in *ndia. As a result most of our customers switched to competitors.

having been a part of 'connected' training prgrams a few years ago i cannot let go off the feeling of being in a room full of scamsters. it was so obvious yet so muted in expression that all of the products were simply rip off of standard 11 school projects. you could feel the leaders hired were simply filling in silent moments and empty power points without anyone really knowing what was going on. when you see an ex-wall street executive talking for 3 hours non stop explaining vacuous prisms, circles and rectangles without one valid technical input, it calls for alarm.
the next sham so to speak is 'carbon capture and green hydrogen'. lets come back and talk in 2025 where do we reach with that one ...

The whole connected enterprise is a sham as it by itself does not produce anything but leech off other products and seems off their revenue. Basically a broker and taking a commission by repackaging existing products as revenue
