GSSO Americas VW should see the email sent out on Friday by JS. That is how executive leaders act. Own it quickly, take responsibility, and make it right.
Not VW with Gold Rush. The only thing VW has done these last several months is LEAN IN to hiding, ignoring, and disrespecting the field. What a complete lack of accountability, no transparency, and inept leadership.
Someone should send the JS email to VW as an example of leadership.
The field has been asking VW for several months and all VW could do on the all hands was say it was an “Elephant in the Room”. He could not even come with answers or timing. This is a poor example of leadership. Time for a new GSSO Americas leader.
I would not expect JS to intervene but rather ask VW what the plan to resolve the issue is and the timing around it. The hold him accountable. Having worked with JS he isn't a grandstander he is more of a behind the curtail leader. You might not like everything that come out but those ideas will have owners...that hasn't aways been the cases lately.
When will you realize that VW and his weak engineering director are not fit for leadership at any level. You all are not getting paid what was told to you originally about Gold Rush. Maybe JS will intervene with Gold Rush and do what is right cause everyone knows that VW and his weak engineering director will not.
