Does anyone know when the HCL contract expires?

HCL is out to lunch, indefinitely.
Good question because I still got open support tickets that have gone no where for over 6 months.
and for the viewers at home, they're coming up on the two year mark of the operations part (servers, storage, virtualization, etc.) contract this September or October so one year left after that...
It was a three year contract, unclear if that means three years from when they took over the service desk or three years staggered for each of the services they took over.
