I've been hoping to see things improve for three years and I'm finally done. The job market is still good and I plan to make full use of it. If you want to leave but are holding on for severance, I'd advise against it. Your chances of being affected are not that high, and the job market won't be as good for much longer. Just a piece of friendly advice.

I worked at the grant st office and you are stupid for staying there.
This is just about the best time to find a new job in the past 40 years. Go for it… WFH, higher pay with inflation, the world is yours . You simply cannot go wrong.
