Corporate Merit Increases

Struggling to make ends meet with that 2.5% merit increase despite inflation? Our leaders really took care of themselves. DA and AM got a 5% increase and GL an 11.5%. Must be good to work for corporate. All in the proxy.

The Titanic had better vision in the fog bank than current "leadership." They still appear to have no idea of what or where the company wants to be 5 or 10 years from now, and clearly there is no long-term strategy because the goals are undefined. Senior leadership is strictly reactive. Being light on your feet and able to make course corrections in light of changing market conditions is understandable and laudable, but acting clueless and rudderless is not. The Jack Welch-led era has come and gone, each of the GE-bred leaders has left their marks, but current leadership is uninspired. Dear God, give us some INSPIRATION and get us EXCITED about what we're doing! Show us a VISION! Non-competitive compensation and stone-age policies (like the 9-block and the undocumented outer elbow quotas) are huge deterrents to drawing in fresh talent which is desperately needed.

I always heard Honeywell was gonna give out better raises this year due to rising inflation costs, haha , only got a 2% percent raise.
I can see why people are leaving Honeywell left and right.

MM whined in the last town hall that he would have liked a bigger increase. No words.

Intel recently reviewed their salary bands as many of their employees were leaving for competitors and the result was a significant pay increase - up to 30% in some cases - so they could retain their talent. If Honeywell were that wise...

On my last week since giving notice, got a new job in a top company that’s giving me a 17% raise, annual bonus, every other Friday off, world class benefits, remote options, and huge drop in stress, to those in charge I say adios beachachos!

Leave. Other companies pay more with more increases. I know of O&G with 8-15% increases plus one off yearly bonus (out of blue).

Other R&D with similar pay rises.

Accounting and business management, similar also.

Honeywell sucks and will sc--w you forever and more and more.

It's about time Executives get the compensation they DISERVE.

  • Over a decade of stagnant growth = entitlement to as much cash as we can route to our offshore accounts.
  • IP in China to allow hacking into the US DoD is just the cost of business.
  • Bringing up the living standards of low coast regions, improves the bottom line and is genius considering our lack of vision.

Entitlement, incompetence, and corruption should be highly compensated!

@1erb

Work has nothing to do with it since the people at the top don't do any real & meaningful work at all. Instead all they do is come up with ways to exploit the people who actually do the real & meaningful work...

In natural & scientific terms this type of a creature is known as a parasite...
