I ve heard of a lot of people angry about not getting cola for over $100k but under $250k. Anyone ask for raise and if so did it work?
Not sure how long it would actually take to go into effect or be approved...

You are supposed to be grateful for what you get. Because the bank is being “competitive” with salaries based on the market.
And you expect me to believe that? Try against n.
7%???? That’s it? Should have gotten that 10 years ago. Oh wait I’m not a white male with a family therefore he will still get more than me. No matter what the “increase” is.
On a related note, I just read that in 2021, the average CEO's compensation increased by 17%, leaving their workers far behind. This increasing 5-figure Associates' salaries, and not doing anything for us barely above $100,000 has done more harm than good. :(
Make a fuss and noise on this please. The more noise the better. It’s not fair. We are not exempt for inflation.
Right? They think 3 to 7% is something that's gonna make people happy. Try matching what outside firms offer then come talk to me. Actually don't come talk to me. I'm gone and never going back!
I put my notice in 3 days before the “raise announcement” best decision ever. Doesn’t hurt I got a 42% raise elsewhere
We were told to be grateful. Yep, actually heard that one. After that, I've resigned myself to get out. Going to use some tools the bank provides to improve, make myself markable and exit.
I got the same runaround answer that I got last year and the year before that.
In all of the bank’s history, there hasn’t been a better time to ask than now.
