If managers could realize that they sometimes might be wrong and then take different actions to fix it and move forward, that would be the best. That is not happening here, however. They never admit their mistakes.
That is why they will keep on committing the same mistakes and pretending that everything is fine. Eventually all the rest of us will be to blame for the bad things that are happening here.
