How many days can you WFH in the Global Technology(GT&O) USA department per week?

2 3 in the office and you have to set those 3 days and stick with it. Not the same though across the board. I sit with teams that have to come in 5 days. Archaic micro managing leaders that can't stand the fact qe were more productive at home full time for 2 years. Hybrid needs to be set across the board. I'm leaving here. No growth, no proper HR, no bonus just a mess
What kind of question is this? Everything is based on merit here...
MVSO has to work in office 5 days a week. I wish I could work from home a few days a week. Ugh
