I feel cheated. I mean, I love my job and I would probably put in a lot of effort anyway, but top performers being NSIed is disappointing. Admittedly, EM doesn't deserve top performers and the best people for a long time now. It bothers me how they decide among a few great employees which ones to place on NSI?

Ranking was sham. I had a banner year last year. Supervisor told me I was NI but nothing substantive. Supervisor never mentioned it again.
Anyways, it’s adios. I’m so happy I’m leaving.
Top performers at EM means: Yes men and women. Sly approach, PowerPoint, and paper pushers.
NSI not equal great employee. NSI equal expendable employee. Adios
