Save us from the complete Atrocity that is our current CEO! For that matter add NA as a comeback kid from the tech org to that list.

As long as BlackRock/Vanguard own 10% of Nike shares the CEO is pretty much irrelevant. The culture of Nike is dead because Nike leadership does not exist anymore. Investor activism is changing corporate culture with ESG (some good) but it takes away the decision making of those that actually work for the company.
None of them will change the course of this sinking ship. Get out as soon as you an offer somewhere else. Nike is bad for your health. I am happily on my way out.
