Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

EMPS = EM Chemicals

I’m not sure how long this ‘togetherness’ act will last but behind EMCC closed doors decision made to show all F&L managers the door or send them back to individual contributor 3 notches down and to have EMCC chosen ones in place to spread the “Chemicals way of doing things” everywhere. Being from Chemicals that’s great for me but you F&L folks have an EMCC replacement sent or sent very soon to “fix your mess”. EMCC has no interest in keeping anything F&L used to do.

It’s not em chemicals as much as it’s em commodity b2b pipeline. Focus will be on taking even greater efficiencies than hw3.

Look for f&l global marketing to be “integrated” with the chemicals organization structure.

It will be celebrated as example of accelerated digital transformation to win in the new marketplace.

Uh, I think you got it the other way round, buddy. It's the F&L way all the way. Chemicals will be sold for parts

Lots of self announcement on LI telling that they get new job in EMPS...average people who threaten to leave the company has been given interesting position in order to prevent them from leaving...and the one that works hard are not appreciated...boooo...

That’s interesting and I sure hope it’s true. For EMTEC not true. Chemical Controllers has been absorbed and pretty much mandated to do every process like Upstream. hURC. Horrible decision
