Just look at the "new titles" that are being created for Bangalore employees by searching the global address book for Bangalore employees or by searching on LinkedIn for all ExxonMobil employees with a Bangalore location. .
If the "new title" is the same as your title in Singapore, USA, or EU, be extremely nervous.
