YES. Quitting so I can forever :)
I took a higher paying O&G job and now work from home. I miss the interaction, but not the commute. I do get more work done.
Yes. My manager disagrees. The problem is, I can go one team “over”, and their manager absolutely does not care, which makes it feel like we’re being picked on by the someone scared of their shadow.
YES! I don't like people interaction.
It's how I'm getting my raise this year. I'm working about 7% less for almost the same pay as last year.
I do. Let go by EM in 2021 with impeccable performance history and outstanding KO inputs. Before leaving, loaded up EM stock on the cheap in 401K (later rolled into traditional IRA out of Voya), took pension lump-sum (loaded up EM stock as well). Now, "Working" from home to see my investment grow with delicious dividend. Never been happier.
Absolutely.
I can multitask between the kids homework, talking to momma, shopping on Amazon and surfing social media.
Yes, makes it easy to watch Netflix while occasionally moving my mouse so I’m “available”
My job can’t be done from home. In deepwater you don’t work from home, ha! I think non-core could work from home or, really, from any place in the world.
He-l to the Yes!
Yes
Better than driving 100 miles per day and getting less done in a distracting environment.
10,000 times better than working with the bunch of ret@rds and backstabbers I worked with in Annandale!
Yep.
At least 50% more than working from the office. Yes.
