With the transaction complete , I expected to see WBD shares in my 401k since I have some att shares fund. Nothing yet. Anyone else ? Also , as much as a disaster AT&T has been the past 20 years , I feel the stock is now underpriced and intend to buy more. Also going to hold onto the WBD shares. Should do nicely in the long run, although in the short run, will probably head lower.

My shares showed up in the T stock fund. No separate listing on fidelity’s site
If you’re looking for long term , both AT&T and WBD should be good investments going forward. AT&T has bottomed out and while growth is going to be slow single digits , it’s currently trading way below its peers with a multiple of only around 8x and the dividend will still be somewhere between 4 and 6 percent. WBD starts with a ton of debt but that’s also already priced in and I think it could be a great growth story going forward.
401k is never up to the minute. It’s always a day behind. Stock just changed this morning 930am ET.
Patience, rabbit.
@rdt+1gcZdEl5 Lucent? Retire if you can NOW! This thing is headed for the gutter!
It will show up tomorrow. It is always one day behind stock market.
NCR?
Sounds like your trying to convince yourself most of all. The stock has been floating at 23 not for any other reason that the investor class sending a message that Stinkey and the rest in the c suite have to go. They didn’t get the message then so here is an even clearer one for them.
T will live or die based on performance of mobility!
Fidelity is likely to eliminate holdings of WBD over time fro those participating in the AT&T 401K plan. That's what has happened with other spinoffs in the past.
T is tanking! So glad I got out!!!
