Given the constant reorgs, role changes, pay issues and general lack of respect given to employees, I'm surprised there are no talks of a labor union. Individual voices get ignored.

For anyone who actually wants to stick it out at the company and make changes and actually wants to organize a union at Nike, give us a call or shoot us a text at (503) 660-8462. We are a group of Nike workers who are standing up for each other collectively regardless of job title or temporary/full status on a broad basis in solidarity with all Nike workers regardless whether in the office, warehouses, stores, or in the sweatshops. If you are tired of the bu-----t, the lies and the gas-lighting by management and want to stand up to them collectively then please reach out. Organizing is a legally protected activity and its your right to do this.
@1rte, precisely. That's why I am leaving on my own terms and for a much better new FULLY remote job.
@rup yes! If you speak up and call out bad leaders, you will be gone in the next round of layoffs.
Agree - though given how Nike thinks about labor unions for contract manufacturers, would be a tough challenge. Employees are disposable. Only the brand matters.
Get it done - I’ll stand with you
What are you waiting for?
As an individual employee, I am electing to abandon this organization and change my situation. Nike employees are mostly afraid to go up against the company because they will be retaliated against. Best of luck.
