Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Bank of America is apparently one of the best companies to work for

What is everybody at Forbes smoking? How in the world can Bank of America not only make it on the list of the 100 best companies to work for, but make it among the top 30? Who do they survey for cr-p like this? It's certainly not any of the people I know, especially now that we're being forced back to the office.

I’m guessing it’s based off benefits and not employee morale. I recently left the company and while I feel better in terms of recognition and appreciation, the benefits at my new company are not as good. It seemed like the bank kept reducing benefits in recent years but even as they did that — it’s still better than a lot of other companies. 401k match, PTO, etc. Still, I’m glad I left.

This manuscript showed up when the editor had a lot of white space to fill.

Checkboxes on a list. Try to take actual advantage of any of the programs or benefits on the list.

Lol you’re probably right! The entire country’s mindset has changed and the majority of people want work from home yet they drag their feet on compromising but landed best company to work for. You certainly can’t make this stuff up even if you tried.

BM probably paid them to say that. He did get a 31% raise.
