Non stop gossip, drama, office flings, and favoritism. The stress and treatment from management is not worth working here. Just warning people who are thinking about applying. Don't.

How can you rectify the situation when some of the people are literally directors? Explain.
Yep. This is true. Managers do sleep around with employees but it's too many of them to count. Should we send an excel spreadsheet to upper management to get it to stop? Or wait. The people doing it the most is management.........
I have never seen such things but if office flings are happening and you know that for a fact it should be reported. The bank does have strict policies against such behaviors. If managers are behaving in this manner they should not be managers. Behaviors as such contributes to a toxic culture and work environment.
Advice I received a long time ago from a favorite manager: Don't dip your pen in the company inkwell.
