Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I don't know what all of you are still doing there

I left Intel six months ago for a sizable bump in base compensation and fewer responsibilities - not to mention the drastic reduction in the amount of stress. If you are any good at what you do, you can find a much better job at a much better company right now. If you're not, continue milking Intel for all it's worth. The company doesn't deserve anything better.

I left too, combination of pay, lack of career prospects, toxic environment, ignorant and manipulative management, boring easy work, no teamwork, no trust. There is a reason intel hires RCGs, they're too d-mb to know any better. Leaving was the best decision I have made in a long time.

Intel will be adjusting for the pay on April 15th. It is quite good.

Intel has very low to mediocre pay.
It’s very easy to find another comparable job with higher pay.
