Managers leaving for greener pastures

Yesterday my manager handed in the notice that he was leaving for a similar job at another company. That is my third direct manager in a year and a half that left on his own for (as they say better) jobs at other companies. One has to wonder that, if this rate of attrition continues, who will be left to fill the lower management positions or more precisely, will there be any knowledgeable and experienced people to fill these roles?

"This is precisely what middle management is hoping to achieve. They don't like anyone under them knowing they are frauds, just hanging on by fudging the numbers to make themselves "look" to be successful. "

What a great comment and so spot on. Middle management at this company is so useless. Mostly a$$ kissers that don't mind smelling like $hit and having a permanently brown stained nose. Obviously, all are great mouth breathers given where their noses are permanently planted.

This is precisely what middle management is hoping to achieve. They don't like anyone under them knowing they are frauds, just hanging on by fudging the numbers to make themselves "look" to be successful. Eventually the whole house of cards is going to implode.
