Probably because AT&T is paying his severance, he is still in his contractual "notice period" so he is still in the HR system that feeds Q.

Watch for Kilar to go to AT&T Communications to run the fiber build. That way the value could be "unlocked". Would not surprise me one phucking bit.

Q normally has a delay when people leave and join an organization, as it batch updates on a schedule.
