Another Cisco Data Center Leader Gone

Director of Enterprise DC Sales gone to ServiceNow. Out of all the BU's it seems like every month there is another leader (RM or above) leaving the DC business at Cisco. I don't blame them one bit, that is a battle not worth fighting.

Cisco will cling to the customers who still love their on-prem servers, or simply cant get away from them. But, this is no longer a place where you can finish at 120%+ of your number selling Cisco DC solutions. PSS and leaders exiting in DROVES!

Not made up. Nate was one of the worst, diversity, ki---r of morale managers ever. Happy to crush you and step on your back. Fire you and berate your because you weren’t diverse. DC sales were the engine, its dead now

NM was a disaster. He was going to fill the RM roles under him - but that didn't happen. NM lead the DC team to some of the WORST year over year sales declines in the history of DC sales. He was a bad influence and a horrible manager who praised being his yes man over everything else.

NM was the director of the Enterprise group and he has left the building. He also had two RM positions open under him, I've heard those have been filled. You also have at least one RM position open in commercial. Add to that C2E, add water and you get a mess.

Who is that "leader"?

Almost all the excellent DC TSAs left when they put them in Click 2 Expert and Agile TSA. As a DC Sales Leader, this was such a stupid move. C2E and Agile TSA are a complete disaster.

@xik+1gfA9adb even government customers are embracing cloud, even for their closed networks. Cisco missed the jump 10+ years ago and is clinging to life!

How is that not grounded in reality? Every business that is not government related has a plan to transition spending on traditional on-prem hardware to embrace the cloud at some point. Some have a 3 year plan, others it may be a 10 year plan....but there is a plan, and it doesn't contain much Cisco.
