Anyone else realize that you can't own or execute on a long-term, best-in-class tech vision and strategy if you reorg and change out leadership every few months?

Maybe the answer is to enable E-band architects to chase more fads and give more money to Amazon (throw in Azure for all the MS sycophants too), has worked well for 8 years!
