Vote against them.
When the annual report comes in the mail, I always wonder how many millions of dollars are wasted on these reports as I throw it in the recycle bin. I have owned about $100 worth of Ford stock the last decade so I don't really care. Why can't they join the digital world???
Vote them out!
But unfortunately they get the most votes because until that passes (it never will) they get the preferred shares and they'll never vote to go to 1 share 1 vote. Not sure how this is legal!!
Anyway, voting against all those mentioned and for the proposal will at least send a message.
Stockholders can also vote against Jim Farley, HF3, and Princess Alexandra for seats on the Board of Directors. The usual proposal to eliminate the Ford family's supermajority voting control by going to a one share, one vote system is also on the proxy ballot.
