Got an email today encouraging everyone to do the annual employee Share Your Voice Survey. With only 8 days remaining until the deadline, only 40% have submitted the survey. That is a very low number. People just don't care. Great job Frank!

If if enough employees keeps holding out, will they delay another week to make the numbers look better?
Doing whatever it takes to make the numbers look good.
Survey is pure garbage. Anything other than a positive response and your immediate manager will suffer from it and be tasked with fixing the "poor" attitudes from Associates.
Senior Leadership doesn't want to address, it's beneath them.

Actually engagement was higher after the merger - 84 bs 81.
I blasted Fiserv in the Comments at the end of the survey. I let em have it and held nothing back!

People are concerned about retaliation, so of course the response rate is currently low.
My leader went ballistic regarding a comment that was made on the survey -- which does not encourage honest feedback
It will be 100% if you force people to do it. Well you had good engagement before the merger, and now after the merger 40%. Sure makes you think about that message, 60% of the 35k people still working there. Don't feel that the survey is worth their time or feel it will make any type of impact, and would bring more scruity on themselves.
