How do you look busy while your department is in complete disarray?
No work.
Meetings to have meetings.
No decisions on issues.
Never seen this before.

Use the internal job board and get to a better team / group…..

OP, are you in lubricants? That's how it's felt for months now with our product shortages. It's impossible to be proactive or strategic when you don't know how many emergencies will pop up in a given day. It's demoralizing and sucks the motivation out of everyone.
You may want to talk to other groups and see if you have a better option. Then get yourself moved to that team.
Schedule more meetings…

Seems like you’re describing most of the DH’s in BR, difference is I’ve seen this before. Nothing has changed, guess they are not subjected to PIP.
You update your resume! If it's like that and you see it then only a matter of time before the group is no more
