Amazing how this leadership team has d-mbed down our Footwear team and ran off anyone that knows anything about it .... For the record, Footwear is the vast majority of the business, has been forever and we cant treat it like a gap t-shirt. Very scary when Apparel people are running a Footwear company. Chaos, crisis, toxic culture, mean people, handbag mafia, style matters, not content check a box and you're promoted.
