AMs are rebranded portfolio sellers and subscribtion economy account management is being moved to the CSEs. Are ex-AMs comfortable with this reduction in accountability?

Not sure what AM's actually do anymore. The portfolio is super broad and the SE's (excuse me, SA's) are merely AM assistants that help them with how to use Webex, and do excel spreadsheets, and attend TAC calls. AM's don't even speak on customer calls anymore, they just introduce whomever they found to fix the problem of the day and go back to Wordle.
