Not sure what is going on in Ohio but it doesn’t seem good

You got that right, all that’s left in Dublin is the “couples”. Wait till Jersey gets to experience that door closed all day situation.
To the post about outstanding leadership in Dublin. The reason there were promotions there was because all the great leaders already left. They had to promote the okay ones to keep some knowledge in the company. Just wait a year or two after they get to NJ and are gone. Apparently most of us can see it, but you have your blinders on.
Hum, my post is gone. So, let me paraphrase my original post. It is a lie that people were not laid off due to the pandemic. 20% of my team was laid off in May of 2020. While leadership said it was not due to the pandemic, we all knew that it was. This was confirmed when leadership then talked about how card services revenue dropped significantly at that time. We are not stupid.
I was laid off during the pandemic. Why do people just flat out lie?
Dublin has outstanding leadership as evidenced by promotions during the pandemic and a large number of people being declared astronauts. Now on to thrive in Berkeley !!!!
Why lead with a verifiably false claim? At least know your audience. We all know people who were laid off during the pandemic.
Living proof is a joke compared to how it was pre-Frnk. 5% stock match, down from 15% prior to the merger. Those 10 new benefits are probably zero cost to Fiserv and all optional employee paid. At best the employee is getting a minor discount. It must suck being in HR Benefits at Fiserv each year it is what more can you do while decreasing costs. I remember the VP of Benefits stating during the merger they were not allowed to spend any more $ on benefits so the took away 5% of the OFS stock discount. Oh and how about the profit sharing plan that just disappeared. Can’t wait to get my pet insurance.
P.S. Dublin stinks and has the worst management. Please crawl back in your nasty ho-e of a data center.
I was a member of the G200 during the pandemic, I submitted a sheet for layoffs and let those people know in May of 2020
Fiserv stole millions of dollars from employees by eliminating the 401k match for almost two years. There were layoffs. They have gone full potato abandoning all covid protocols and demanding RTO. Stop lying.
What is Joe smoking? OFS and OFD associates are divided as ever. Might be ok if you are a bonus eligible employee sucks if you are not…oh Joe the 3/5 message works for most but some mgrs are ignoring this…lots of animosity. Get this Joe….sr mgmt having a call thus week to discuss and brainstorm how to bring associates back to an enjoyable work experience…until they realize it’s not a level paying field nothing will change…inflation is ki----g the normal paid lower level associate….
- There were layoffs during the peak of the pandemic. It impacted my team.
- One of the 1st to use expired tests as a way of saving money. Testing and masks abruptly curtailed; everyone forced back into the office.
- Shifted cost burden between associates. Net 0 gain for the company.
- Abysmal 401K match coupled with shady unregulated collective trusts.
- Living proof website replaced with a horribly unusable "Gyft" system; award levels knocked down significantly. Community feed blown away.
- "Work flexibility": Move to an office or be fired. Colocation is a must, which is why all new team hires must take place in NJ, even if your team is not in NJ.

Keep dreaming, Ohio talent on the way !!!
The NJ building will get sold off shortly after Frank's fraud arrest. Frank's legacy is "line your pockets before you get caught." The sad part is that even after Frank is booked and replaced, his minions will come here and blame everyone else instead.
Pretty sad when you have to list "Frank redistributed the wealth of some associates in the hands of others" - just goes to show that Frank doesn't know how to actually create new wealth for the company.
Frank has another 10 years left in him. He’s going to lead us to massive success !!!!! Go Berkeley !!!!

I'm certain the CEO has hired a third party to inflate these forums to try to bury the posts that contain legitimate complaints. With the way the CEO and CFO have been cooking the books, I'm positive there will be a leadership change soon.
