Head count is still well above what management wants, don’t look for any large pay raises as increased attrition (whatever the reason) remains a goal.
Supply and demand. Too many heads = don’t get your hopes up
It’s too early to know. Also P&B reference salary increase is not final. The final salary treatment is approved in September. I would not bank on much though because US headcount is greater than target
Zero increment will be just fine. Any temporary and fleeting. profits need to go to stock holders for tolerating an inefficient Enron like company.
January is quite a ways away. A lot can happen in 8 months.
