Those that I know have gotten higher pay in other companies haven't really found a job with similar duties. I would like to find a comparable job.

Easy. You'll get jobs with higher pay and less work. Every company out there wants you.

everyone always says they got higher pay. Who in their right mind would admit to a pay cut?
