Any information about what groups and how many will be offered Voluntary Seperation Benefit ?

I hope you people posting this information are accurate and that it affects ALL job titles in all organizations! There are areas of the business that are growing, but still have personnel that are old and tired of this constant roller coaster ride within T. T needs to do the right thing and make the offer to all employees. The problem they might face is that it might be difficult trying to back fill the employees willing to leave. In any case, does anyone have a time frame on this potential offer? You know how slowly the union moves!
It was offered and accepted by several customer Service Reps last quarter. A new potential offer has been submitted by T for West employees 2nd quarter 2022. Real information about what groups and numbers?
Where getting info ? Answer : blanket form of irrevocable VSB to be offered. Question is what job titles and how many will be offered this irrevocable Volunteer Retirement Benefit?
Not sure where you're getting your info, but it's not going to be offered! There will be no VSB or VSP since the company is banking solely on natural attrition!
