For me, the answer is no. How about you?

Not if there was any chance at all that they would be choosing my Old Age Home.
He-l no
Not a chance. Heck, we won't even shop at stores that use the Honeywell self checkout scanner.
NO!
Weapons of mass destruction? I think you're being a bit melodramatic.
There are endless better options out there
Sure if those kids aren't really yours
You can easily tell the shills from the shill nots. Any parent advising their kids to work (Slave) at HW should be ashamed of themselves. This is by far THE worst employer on the planet! A place of last resort for most except VP and above. If you look at Linknd In you see numerous former HW VP's starting new jobs at other companies. If it were so great why did they leave?
Heck no, 2 of my 3 boys are in the process of becoming engineers and I would never allow them to work for HW. Oh BTW, I am not alone, the senior leadership team held a retreat a few years back under MM in ISC and the facilitator took a poll of VPs and over 90% of them said no as well.....what does that tell you?
As an engineer, no.
The practices, or lack there of, are horrible, and the education benefits are horrible.
Why would I do that? I love my kids.
I advised my engineer kids to go startups in genetics/biomed. They both make 3 times my salary as a band 4 and they are doing things that will change the world without the moral taint of from creating weapons of mass destruction.
When the bo--s finally fall in 2037 i get to know i helped ki-l the world.
No way. Cards are stacked against the typical white male at Honeywell. Company has gone too woke from ridiculous HR policies.
lol no
@aon is correct, we are turinging into a finance company
This is often a good plan but HON is a terrible choice for that right now. Anyone who has worked here for any significant amount of time knows that new hires don't want to stick around past the 1 year mark.
To combat this the company makes sure to gradually overload them with tons of work and bad projects. The intent is to make it very difficult to even entertain the idea of applying or interviewing anywhere else. When working 70+ hour weeks you simply don't have the time or energy to do anything else except work, eat, sleep and repeat. Being able to take any vacation is even a distant luxury now...
I would. Honeywell is a good place is get your feet wet and gain experience. After that, they can move on to greener pastures.
Sure would. It's a pretty solid job, and a good company. If you're not a whiny baby, looking to blame everyone else for your failure.
Maybe in Finance, but not in any other role or function. Horrible work environment and recruiters recognize that Honeywell employees are nothing but glorified expeditors
Never
The tech moved on, $$$ is somewhere else and career growth here is dismal at best.
I'd tell them to go somewhere else.
H'well NO!
