What's your understanding of the "recalibration of salaries"?
Is this done for every employee?
Can salaries go up and down?

I was shocked recently to find myself on the receiving end of recalibration, in a good way. This was after raises and bonuses in February.
I haven't heard this. Must be LOB dependent
