att is a dump period. you can collect a check for a long time and do virtually nothing. but the company is now in shambles and worth not much. i dont know if i should stay or go. just disappointed is what has happen the last 15 years or so

This company at one time thought it was "world class" way back in the early 90s! That's a laugh because it never ever came close to be world class due to its dysfunctional management at all levels. The problem with management is that there's way too much nepotism within the management layers. This company pushes that to the limits! Lots of corporate America practice that, but T has it everywhere within. That's demoralizing to the hard workers that want to succeed, but don't know anyone to champion their promotion. The company is just too damn big and really needs to be scaled down, period!
Take full advantage, who knows what the world we be like in six months.
Hate to break it to you bud , unless your the founder of a company or originator of a product you have ownership of and rights to sell , all corporate jobs suck, because you're working for the c-suite.
You know what's worse than being bored, it's being passionate at a corporate job and having your sweat equity robbed from you and making some c-level clown so much money and leave and the new. Regime doesn't know who the fck you are..
leave humans need to be challenged and are happier when they are challenged.
