Does anyone know what I will miss out on as far as bonus goes if quit on June 1st (bonus eligibility for the year required staying through May 31st) instead of waiting till the bonus is in the bank this summer?

You will receive a check but I’m pretty sure your manager can still adjust the multiplier so depending on the circumstances of you leaving, it could be less than you deserve.
If you quit on June 1st, you will receive your bonus in August as a check.
