Discretionary Contributions aka profit sharing

On the HR site it says if awarded these will typically pay out in April. Has there been any announcement on if there will be a contribution this year?

No funds since 2019.

Wondering if I missed the announcement. I remember early last year getting an email saying there wouldn’t be a contribution for 2020, but I haven’t seen anything for this year. It seems weird because April is almost over.

That's not entirely true. Those that make under $75k are getting 1% in their 401k regardless of match

No. They are usually announced a couple months in advance. They range from 0-4%
