I know there are some teams that will RTO in September but as far as these first rounds, Is this supposed to be the bulk of it? I heard that most folks that will RTO will do so by the end of May. Trying to get an idea of how my building will look once everyone’s back. So far 20% max occupancy and hope it stays that way

Wells Fargo is too caucasian.
Most customer service jobs will be offshored by September. IT is doing a ton of things to setup call centers in India and the Philippines. Take a look at the external job postings, so many openings in those countries. Tons of IT jobs too. I guess those are the real hubs.
Talk of RTO will end when we all start bringing up DEI over and over.
I don't know, but I can't wait for the execs to stop talking about it.
I'm in IT and supposedly, RTO is over until sept. In other words, we had two rto dates so far and none on the horizon. But that does not mean that there isn't the trickle in affect which is happening daily.
