Why would they put out the survey if they weren’t going to introduce hybrid? All the other banks went that way. What are they waiting for

They do it to appear as though they are wanting your ideas. People will feel like they had an actual say when in fact they didn't need a survey to know people want to work from home. It's part of the illusion.
I think they would completely be out of their mind to send a survey out when they can’t meet the simple need of remote or hybrid which is what the majority wants. Here’s my recommendation, if they dare send out a survey do not fill it out.
