Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Does Wells Fargo still offer 5 days off for Covid?

I tested positive this morning. I’m not low on PTO but I don’t want to waste it if I can still work. I’m work from home so I wouldn’t be exposing anyone. I tried calling HR but it’s over a 1 hour wait

also in the Health Concerns page, there are specifics about states and municipalities that have different requirements/allotments... so check that as well

type "health concerns" into the search box and go to the page (it's part of the "our workplace" section of the site) There is a question that specifically addresses this. the answer is long, but the net of it is don't come into the office for 5 days after the test was administered. if you feel well enough to work from home AND your manager agrees, you can work from home. If you don't have a work-from-home type of job you have to provide proof of your test result and supporting documentation from your health professional (the section is pretty detailed/lengthy so just summarizing). If you meet those requirements you can use the nonroutine event codes and it isn't charged to your PTO and/or sick time allocation . if you don't follow the requirements for proof - it's PTO.

In January, you could still get up to 5 paid days but only with a positive lab tested PCR test. At the time, I found it under the Covid topic on teamworks. Home tests do not qualify. At the time, all of the testing sites in my area had a 4-5 day waiting period, so I was forced to take PTO.

Your manager has the authority to authorize up to 30 days work from home for medical reasons... I'd begin there and not HR!

Now is the time for you to RTO and excrete as many body fluids as possible over as many objects as possible.

Wipe some sn-t on food containers in the refrigerators. The virus will last longer there.

Don't forget about things like door knobs and elevator buttons. Sneezing and coughing in stairwells and in elevators will earn you brownie points too.

Go in and spread it to the most deserving. Hint: execs. You’re welcome.

If you feel fine and work from home then work. If you are too ill to work then take pto.

Also, you could apply for intermittent fmla. If you get approved no one can ever hold you accountable for attendance or anything else.

In California can’t you just take unlimited days off? Seems like the government there can’t stand people who actually want to work and reward those who wants to stay home and be lazy.

Just go to work and don’t tell anyone. Easy solution.

Go to teamwork’s and search for our work place. Look under health and safety concerns. It will tell you there. You should also check with your manager
