I am tired of the constant infighting and negativity in the Permian. People can’t seem to work as a team. Constant complaining about other groups instead of working together to improve things. There are some negative people who just need to go. If you are always complaining about another group you are part of the problem. Figure out how to work together.

It’s gotten bad since JK left. She was the glue that held so much together.
Look at the Permian Mgmt, they are also quitting.
Sounds like a scarcity complex fueled by the annual need to PIP a mandated % despite being a part of “the crown jewel”
The problem starts at the top. EG needs to go.
