Agreed. Wells is a dinosaur. FinTechs are where it’s at. Better pay and fully remote.

FinTechs are HIRING! I only come here to gleefully watch the posts from Wells Fargo failing, says the man who now makes 34% more, and has the same or even better benefits and works for a booming FinTech since being layed off from Wells Fargo. Seriously I only come here to read about the continued layoffs and and continued miss management so I can basically watch them burn in their own personal he-l. (The management, not the normal people) Normal people, please please please notice that there is a wonderful world of great places to work that are much better than Wells. I actually suggest getting another job, working remotely but just never inform Wells and keep taking their money until they stop paying you for job abandonment!

Oh STFU already. If somebody wants to leave, then leave. If somebody enjoys their job, then stay. The number of people whining and b*tching is ridiculous. You think the grass is always greener on the other side? It's greener b/c that pasture has cow manure in it as well. Enough with these id--tic posts.

A lot of Wells Fargo employees expecting WF to ensure their happiness. If you don't like your current situation, change it. RTO is here. Myself and three other team mates left because of RTO. You act like you're on a plantation with no options. The facts are you're either too lazy to look for another opportunity, or not skilled enough to get hired at another company.

Everyone who wants a different job (and who is employable) is already gone.

Think about it. Young people with a career ahead of them are not putting up with this - they're already gond.

Middle aged people who are at the top of their game are not putting up with this - they're already gone.

And old people who are able to retire are not putting up with this - they're already retired.

Who does that leave...? Young people who can't get a job anywhere else. Middle aged people who are ossified in their positions and who are too lazy or are simply unable to get a job elsewhere. And old people who are either unable to retire, or who are so close to retirement that they are just sticking it out "for one more year" until they can retire.

Look around. Tell me this is not the case here.

Yes the post below doesn’t know how to look for jobs that’s why they’re still at wells.
It’s amazing! We could just find another job altogether instead of giving this snippy forum from employees who never get heard the time of day. I’m out.
