Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

I lost all respect for them

It may sound ugly, but I have really lost all respect for leadership here. Those people do almost nothing for employees that deserves their respect. I think it’s even wrong to call them "leadership" because leaders are something else entirely?

Sure true on most comment. I lost it when darn networks and trying force us allies to join them. Then the pronouns in emails come on man how come. What's next they want us to teach our kids this cr-p oh wait it is happening. Who cares who you want to be as long as we all can do our jobs together.

The "leaders" from the bottom to just below the top are nothing but Yes people relaying the instructions from the top leadership to the bottom. There is no care from the people at the top. They only want their millions. That is why the focus is on fake training and other "woke" ideas. Get us distracted and we will ignore their ra-e of our lives.

@puh

This is toxic gaslighting at its finest because all it does is try to reframe these systemic issues as if root cause and responsibility lies with the people who are not in leadership.

How about you email that wonderful to-do list to leadership so they can fix themselves?

@puh falls into yet another category. Certainly not a leader by any stretch of the imagination though they would want us to believe they're up there in the hierarchy.

They're managers... and nothing more. A few are leaders. They're the exception. The people that do the real work are simply viewed as liabilities on the spreadsheet. They are all to be treated like sh1t until the leave or can be replaced via exploitation of people in third world pestholes. Don't listen to the trolls like @puh+1gm8NVfZ. Find another opportunity elsewhere that is the right one. Take your time to get it right. Slow play your hand at Honeywell until then.

Lol, they stopped respecting you the day they became a Director. It is in the training for managers… “employees are not your friends”

So .. who are you? The person who stays, whining and complaining, the person who takes the wheel and becomes a leader themselves, , or the person who takes action by searching for a better leader inside Honeywell or outside? Pick one.
